Welcome!

I’m Miliane

Food blogger & Recipe developer

My love for food started with my passion for hosting. There’s nothing like sharing a meal with friends and family, and that’s the heart of Miliane’s Kitchen. I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a recipe, no matter their dietary preferences or religious needs.

Oh and, as a fitness freak, I developed a deep interest in food science, I’m pursuing a certification as a nutrition coach to better understand how food fuels our body and how to use that in my recipes.
In short, here we share inclusive, accessible and homemade recipes that anyone can enjoy.
Thanks for joining our community 🙂

Delicious is also inclusive.
I believe food should bring people together, no matter who they are. With step-by-step videos, audio guides, and adaptable ingredients, my recipes are here to make delicious food accessible, easy, and enjoyable for everyone.

Behind the blog

How it all started

It all began with a simple love for hosting.
After moving to Germany and marrying my husband, I found so much joy in inviting our family & friends over for dinner. There’s something truly special about gathering people around a meal, and I always felt a sense of connection in those moments.

But when the world felt uncertain with conflicts and suffering affecting so many (Ukrain and Palestine especially), I felt even more inspired to create this blog. In times where our social media were flooded by horrible news, our hosted family dinners became a way to unite, to share, and to find beauty in what we could still give each other, despite our differences.

And that’s the essens of what we want to share over here: creating a space where food can bring people together, no matter who they are or what is going on in their lives.
